FAQ # 100, "renovation"

Thanks to a further German support request on the board I'm on the last of ridicully translated in 2005 / changed FAQ # 100 encountered. The text is due to changes in the community section completely overhauled. Also, it seems to me to have agreed with our American colleagues, all that has to do with communities, split into smaller FAQs. I have to deal with me ever closer, but FAQ # 100 is translated at least for now, and also has a nice screenshot (from an idea by danceinacircle ).
