new CD

Hello.

I've bought a new CD on Friday and looking forward very much on it. As I have just put in the laptop the rude awakening came in several steps: After installing UMixIt and Audacity, although you can play around with the individual tracks (I have no interest in turn, but please) and even save as mp3. (if you are still concerned about the LAME file) - but unfortunately only three songs. The remaining 13 did not appear. In the stereo, the CD is in theory, but is apparently broken, and jumps again and again (in other CDs).
Now it is of course my own dumbness that I did not pay it, that the logo is missing from the CD, which tells me that I can play on the computer. It's still annoying. (Or just because?)
Are there tricks that I still get the music?
