Winamp: "Bad DirectSound Driver"

Hello people!

following problem:
I have a Fujitsu Siemens Lifebook C1020 with Windows XP. Yes, a very old.

It was until recently broke, so my brother has flattened the hard drive and reinstalled XP. My problem now is that the Lappy no audio device more "hat", so I can play any sound (the Windows Startup sound plays do not do anything), and if I try eg Winamp, what to play comes
" Bad DirectSound Driver. Please install proper drivers
or select another device in configuration
Error Code: 8878000A "

my brother, I can not currently get, and my Google search will help me somehow not really help.
Try to look at the device manager and install new drivers, I have, but the drivers are not found.
I do not have original WindowsCD (everything just has my brother, who lives far away ...!), And I know from my Lappy just that it's just a Lifebook C1020 ...

Task Manager under Windows XP hardware

of you has anyone ever experienced that when you start the Task Manager * only * the network activity is displayed? All tabs are gone, "File", "options" as well, also the frame that actually has any application.

Can I have a DDR-RAM memory on a motherboard "stuck" that already has a DDR2-RAM memory?
