software for editing MP3
Hello!
I am looking for a program with which I can tailor music. So more specifically, I want a MP3 file cut and shrink by the data size. It would also be nice if I could install at the end of a fade-out.
I had had such a program once, remember me no longer the name of ... Can anyone recommend something? Best freeware and not zuuuu complicated, because I am a bit computer technology talent.
