FAQ # 17 revised

Thanks to the many requests to support the Board on this subject is me FAQ # 17 a particular concern. The last translation / modification took place two years ago and was lied_ohne_worte made.

I have today done the following:
- added the missing links to the lost information page.
- the layout to the U.S. format adapted.
- information that has accumulated over time on the U.S. side, translated and inserted.
- "security issue" in "secret question", as amended, because FAQ # 287 the concept leads Sun
- "alternative method", also in "secret question" changed because of FAQ # 287 no other methods are listed, as was possibly being considered again.
- Fixed several typos.

Funnily enough, I'm back on the revision of the previously translated FAQ # 287 encountered - the reason that I have ever slipped into this whole translation history.
