burn DVDs with Windows Media Center

The Windows Media Center offers even the possibility of recorded TV shows to data or video DVD to burn. I have just some testing and the result was a DVD with video but without sound. ): I Can
because someone help? How do I get a DVD burned in the works even then the sound?
I googled before, but I find no useful answers, except to install any codec packs. And I really want to avoid, because codec packs like to destroy more than helping ...
